In the Buddhist way of life, the Buddha taught his disciples to study for wisdom to guide their lives. And what did the Buddha advise them to study? He advised them to study two sources: the first source of learning is the outside world, which means they learn from each other; The second source is the inner world, which means that they learn from their own physical and mental lives. The Buddha explained that the outer world consists of six sensory objects; physical objects; sensory objects such as sound, smell and taste; tangible objects and mental objects. For the inner world, he was referring to the six doors of the senses; eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind. The two worlds in which we live are wonderful. If we understand them, we can live happily and peacefully. Without wisdom or understanding, both worlds can become hell.Unless you first know yourself, you can not really accomplish much in life, everyone has immense potential to create incredible things and find lasting happiness. Most of us do not even scratch the surface of who we really are, let alone determine what opportunities we have to become. We are so confused that we continue to oscillate between overconfidence and low self-esteem. In a moment we are full of a definite purpose for life and the next we are utterly sorry. How can anyone expect to find lasting happiness in this state? The answer to that is to ask the right question. There are 3 main questions that everyone should ask themselvesWho am I?Who are my friends and enemies?Who will I become? These 3 questions will make you think about yourself, the environment and the people with whom you are associated and your future.Who am I? This is the most important question for anyone looking for the answer to a better life. This question intrigued the best of the best and raised a lot to success as they did this question to themselves. It may seem very discouraging to answer these simple questions, but once you understand their value, it becomes a life changing experience. There is no one else on this planet just like you. Just for a moment, stop focusing on what is not, what you want to be, or what others expect from you, and find out what is the only thing that makes it special. Identify your “specialty”, recognize, respect and convert it into the central part of your behavior.Do people see you because of the special person you are? Do you enjoy your unique abilities? If no, what is the reason? How can you change it?Perhaps a quote from Henry Longfellow: “We judge ourselves by what we feel capable of doing, while others judge us by what we have already done.” Do you have the answer? How can you bridge the gap between what you are able to be and the person you are today?Write a book? Become a singer? Grow a beautiful garden? Spend more time with your family? Take your time Feel free to dream. Once you have the vision in your mind, think of the one thing you can do now to get closer to that vision. When you have a vision and begin to act, the universe conspires to make it happen. There is nothing profound in this question. It’s really as simple as it looks. If your answer matches (or will lead you to) what you answered to the previous question, you are on the right track. If you answered “Become a writer” above and “I am an engineer” in this case, you need to find out how to join the two. Maybe you can start a technology blog. Or a series of books (taquilleros) on the adventurous engineer or the vampire engineer. Whatever DiscoverHow long did you have to think to answer this question? If your response was not immediate, if the images of your family and friends, your health, your ability to see, hear, walk and talk did not happen to you instantly, you should start looking for an attitude of gratitude. Remember the quote: “I cried because I did not have shoes until I met a man who did not have feet.”I do not want to sound morbid, but it’s true, you could really die tomorrow. Have you lived a good life? Have you left good memories for your children all their life? Have you forgiven everyone who has wronged you and apologized to everyone you have hurt? If you have not seen it yet, I highly recommend you to see
